Daily Supply SEN Teaching Assistant - Newham
Location: Newham
Pay: £95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible, daily supply

We're looking for dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Newham. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety and want to make a real difference supporting pupils with special educational needs in different classroom environments.

The Role:

• Provide in-class and 1:1 support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs.

• Promote a positive, supportive and safe learning environment.

• Build effective relationships with pupils and staff to encourage confidence and progress.

• Adapt quickly to new school settings and routines as part of flexible daily supply work.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school environment is highly desirable.

• A caring, proactive and flexible approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliability and confidence when working in new settings.
