Our client, Croydon Council is looking for an advanced social worker to join their disabilities team.

The team work with people between 25 - 65 who have care and support needs. This includes people with a Learning Disability, Physical disability and Adults in Need.

They complete assessments & reviews in accordance with the care act and the social worker will hold a case load. Experience in working in adult learning disabilities, older adults or transitions

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
