Our client. Coventry City Council is looking for a Team Manager to join their PLO Team.

PLO work is completed in East Area Teams, so this will form part of your management role and function, ensuring that PLO is completed within timescales and where we do issue proceedings, statements and care plans are of a high quality.

Quality Assurance - you will be skilled in QA, completing audits and understanding how the outcome of QA informs practice standards and improves services for children and families.

Staff Supervision - you will be relational and supportive in your approach while offering a sound practice base informing your decisions.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
