Our client, Cornwall Council is looking for a Team Manager to join their Adults team.

Experience in working with Adults with wide range of presenting needs. Ability to prioritise based on risk and the requirements of the service, and manage throughput of case work. Skills in team management, supervision and coaching team members. Skills in Assessment of needs, Adult Risk Management and working knowledge of "making safeguarding personal" and social care legislation.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
