Remedy Education are looking for a motivated and dutiful Complex Needs Support Assistant to join one of our top SEN schools in South East London. As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, You will be delivering the best 1-1 support to students aged 11+ in the SEN department of a mainstream school. Students have difficulty communicating and are non-verbal, therefore alternative communication is used. The learning development is at sensory stage and personal care is required.

• Rate: £95-£105 ( Depending on experience )

Requirement:

• Previous experience in a similar setting
• GCSE Maths and English literate
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
• Some knowledge of strategies in working with young people with challenging behaviours
• Basic knowledge of SEND and learning barriers.
