Location: Greenwich, South East London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 3.30pm
Salary: £200 - £240 per day

We're Looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in SEN or inclusive mainstream settings (SEMH/ASC experience highly valued)
- A warm, reflective, and resilient practitioner committed to pupil-centred learning
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Someone eager to grow as a leader within a truly supportive school community
- Ability to reliably commute to Ware.
Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
- Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
- Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
- Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
- Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches
