Our client in South London is looking for a Children's Services Auditor to join their growing service.

This role will not involve supervision of staff but will involve reflective supervision for the social worker staff.

The role's duties will be;

1. To establish in partnership with the Leadership Team, Principal social Worker and other colleagues in Quality Assurance and Practice Development Teams a culture of continual improvement and reflective practice.

2. To establish through the rigorous use of case auditing, processes and practice development which can drive improved outcomes and service improvement.

3. Responsibility for leading on conducting individual audits and to work with other to complete multi-agency audits and report on findings to the Improvement Board

4. Support front line managers to ensure a robust process is in place to complete audits throughout Children's Services.
