Whether you're a graduate, parent returning to work, support worker, or someone with a background in care or education - if you're passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You'll be working 1:1 or in small groups with students who have Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), autism, and complex needs. No two days are the same - and every small step of progress is a big win.

You won't be alone. The school has a strong, experienced team of carers, LSAs, teachers, and therapists who work together in a genuinely supportive environment. The curriculum is creative, practical, and tailored to meet every learner's unique needs.

No experience? No problem.

This role suits people with all kinds of backgrounds:

  • Child Support Workers

  • Learning Support Assistants

  • School Carers

  • Care workers or youth mentors

  • People new to the sector who bring empathy, patience, and enthusiasm

What matters most is your attitude and your ability to build trust and connection with young people.

The right person will:

  • Have a calm, positive and caring nature

  • Work well as part of a team

  • Be happy to assist with personal care and medical support when needed

  • Be flexible, reliable, and committed to making a difference

  • Be willing to support with physical activities and sensory learning

Why this school?

This SEN school in Greenwich has a genuine community spirit. Staff are welcoming, students are inspiring, and the leadership team offers strong guidance and ongoing training. The facilities are modern, purpose-built, and designed to support a wide range of complex learning needs.

The school focuses on helping students build confidence, communication, independence and emotional well-being.

What's in it for you through Remedy Education?

  • Competitive daily pay: £110 - £115 per day

  • Term-time working (keep your evenings and holidays free!)

  • Ongoing training and CPD opportunities

  • Potential for long-term or permanent placement

  • Friendly, supportive consultancy from Remedy - we're with you every step of the way
