About Us

Remedy seeks a reliable Site Manager/Caretaker to oversee daily operations and maintenance across five sites in Newham.

Site Manager/Caretaker Responsibilities:

• Open/Close Sites: Manage site access.
• Safety Checks: Conduct weekly inspections.
• Site Tidiness: Maintain cleanliness.
• Liaison: Coordinate with cleaners and contractors.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Site Manager/Caretaker Requirements:

• Experience: Prior property management or maintenance experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic handyman skills and strong organisational abilities.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing demanding tasks.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Able to work split shifts (6:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM).
• Driver's License: Must drive and have a vehicle for site travel.
• Background Check: Must have an enhanced child and adult DBS
