Westminster Council are looking for a Senior Building Control Surveyor.

• Inside IR35.
• £365 per day.
• Have to have a degree in the construction field or equivalent qualification and preferably have a Band C BSR qualification.
• Have a full corporate membership status of a recognised professional body like RICS, CABE, CIOB, etc.
• Have a minimum of five (7) years' experience in Building Control
• Be self-motivated to learn and work with little encouragement.
• Be keen to learn and upskill their soft and technical skills.
• Be able to work well in the team and take responsibility
