We are currently looking for a Senior Care Manager to join our friendly fast paced team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within front line adult social care. This role entails effective partnership working with professionals to ensure individuals, who are referred for an assessment, receive the most appropriate response to support, in line with the Care Act 2014.

Our client is looking for an experienced enthusiastic qualified social worker, who is looking to expand their skills with substantial experience in adult social care, you will be required to screen police merlins, London fire brigade and London ambulance referrals and authorise assessments and initial contact referrals. We are also looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work on their own initiative. You will be required to support staff and have a sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 legislation, also an understanding of triaging workflows to meet assessed eligible needs and signposting.
