Job description
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering a performance function in a Local Authority or Housing provider environment. Advanced understanding of statutory and local performance indicators is a must, alongside exceptional data handling expertise, considerable knowledge of reporting tools and techniques, and the proven ability to make data and information easy to use, access and interpret. You'll have a meticulous eye for detail; rooting out errors and inconsistencies, and ensuring that your data products are a robust, trusted source of intelligence.
The right candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and evidence of building purposeful relationships across organisational boundaries. You'll need to be able to convey complex technical information in an accessible and compelling way, and to turn requests from operational managers in to well-defined technical specifications for reports.
