An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to join their Supporting and Strengthening Families team.

Our client is looking to recruit team managers who will bring a level of skill and experience in child protection, complex child in need and PLO/Pre proceedings. You will manage a team which comprises a senior social worker and a number of social workers of varying experience. You will have a good understanding of the legal frameworks that govern our work and processes and systems that ensure effective management and positive outcomes. You will demonstrate the ability to be organised, manage people, inspire and enthuse and create an environment that is creative and innovative and is focused on strengths based practice to improve outcomes. Our client is striving to improve their quality and performance and you will drive this in conjunction with their improvement journey.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
Eligible to work in the UK
