An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to join a popular team within our client's children service.

This service brings together teams who deliver support to children, young people and families including our services for young people with experience of care, our youth offending team, our Family Practitioners supporting young people with substance misuse issues or those at risk of poor sexual health outcomes as well as young people needing support with employment. These teams will work closely with their Family Hubs delivering all age targeted services to children and their families and working alongside partners in a place based model of delivery.
