Our client, Blackburn and Darwen is looking for a Social Worker to join their Referral & Assessment team.

Front door Referral & Assessment service. Must be at least 3 years experienced and have good quality references.

The LA is currently working through COVID with a 'bubble' arrangement where social workers work a mixture of home working and office depending on the rota so you must be available to come into the office when required.

The office is open plan with modern, agile working arrangements and all social workers have tablets and smartphones which make things easier to mobilise and work from other places. Free car parking is at the back at the building.

Protocol Liquid Logic system is used so experience in this would be beneficial.

You must be SWE registered and be renewing your registration this year.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
