This role is ideal for individuals dedicated to supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Behaviour/Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the academic and social development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support to students with SEN and SEMH needs in an alternate provision setting within a special school.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement in the learning process.
* Deliver small-group interventions to address specific learning and behavioural goals.
