About the role - Behaviour Mentor

I am working with this mainstream secondary school based in Greenwich who are looking for a behaviour mentor to start ASAP. The school are looking for an individual who can maintain a physically safe environment whilst following risk assessments as appropriate. The successful behaviour mentor will be responsible for working 1:1 with vulnerable students at risk of exclusion. The main focus for the successful behaviour mentor will be to support the class teacher with managing disruptive students behaviour.
