Our client Bedfordshire Council are looking for a QSW to join their Leaving Hospital team

This role is for support workers to work in our community reablement service to support people recover and regain their independence as they leave hospital. Candidates will need to have experience of working in a domiciliary care or reablement setting, have access to a car and be able to work a shift pattern which includes early/late and at weekends.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
