This role is currently home working other than meetings where it is neccessary to be face to face.

Duties for this role will include to;

• Support to Post Special Guardianship families
• Completing Application for Adoption Support Funds (ASF) to support Special guardianship families
• Offering support to carers (interim Foster carers - Reg 24 placement) - offering support to carers to meet the needs of chidlren placed (Kinship carers)

This is an ongoing post to start as soon as possible.
