Our client is looking for an Assistant Team Manager for their Occupational Therapy Community team. This role is required immediately, covering the secondment of the permanent post holder. This a multidisciplinary team with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Assessment Officers and Home Care Assessors working closely with Sensory Officers.

The applicant, ATM (OT) will be supported by the Locality Team Managers to carry out day to day team management, including OT, AO and Home Care Assessor staff and resources, working alongside Social Workers.

The applicant will also be supported by the OT Clinical Lead to play an active role contributing to the governance and operational management of the central OT systems and processes for example equipment, adaptations, and the professional supervision for OTs across LBS Adult Social Care, Children's Occupational Therapy or reablement.

The applicant will need to be flexible in meeting service demands and in promoting an integrated approach, meeting client needs and working with other professionals.
