Our client Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for a Experienced Assistant Team Manager required to work within an established management team supporting people out of hospital and then in the long term planning following receipt of short term services.

37 hrs a week and some Saturday working required.

ATM will be responsible for directly line managing a group of social work staff. Supporting with safeguarding, mental capacity assessments and complaints. Quality checking care act assessments and support plans.

Acute/D2A hospital experience desirable.

Experience required in creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets, working on social care systems and attending MDT meetings.

Recent experience of working with health and Therapy colleagues required.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
