Assistant Headteacher - Lambeth South East London
Remedy Education are looking for a Assistant Headteacher to join our lovely SEN school based in Lambeth South East London.
The position will provide professional leadership and management of the school, accountable to the Head of School and the Executive head, and will secure high standards of work in all its areas. The post holder will foster a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all students and staff and foster a culture of constant improvement.
Our ideal candidate will have the highest expectations and aspirations for all children and be their champion. They will have a passion for inclusion and SEND and will demonstrate a secure knowledge in pedagogical, curricular, and pastoral strategies that support pupils and enable them to succeed.
Applicants must have a proven track record of raising standards, an excellent understanding and knowledge of improving outcomes for pupils and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for team teaching, coaching and setting high standards.
You must hold a current DBS to be accepted for this role.
