Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Social Worker to join an Adolescent Support Team for Croydon Council.

Job Purpose

Case Load: 15 - 20

5 essential requirements for the role:

1. Worker must like YP and have a passion for working with them
2. Understand Trauma and how it impacts on YP
3. Be creative in their thinking and how they work with families
4. Understanding of the pressures on the YP living in Croydon
5. Able to develop positive working relationships with YP and their families - need to be open and honest - have an understanding of contextual safeguarding - being part of a team - be proactive

Essential experience required:

* 2+ years experience
* Problem Solving skills
* Good communication skills both writing and verbal
* Using critical Thinking
* Being curious and asking relevant questions
* using a variety of interventions
* Good recording skills
* Good organisational skills

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
