admin/PA assistant
Job description
Your daily tasks will consist of the following:
- Help source/ allocate contractors for individual Jobs. In lieu with diary appointments
- Point of contact for clients, via phone, email
- Complete and forward on job sheets.
- Send updates to clients regarding works that are taking place or due to. E.g booked appointment dates ketc.
- Ordering materials for jobs/contractors
- Sourcing/ initial screening of new contractor applicants
- Review and publish completed job reports
- Build and maintain relationship with clients eg pm, bm, tenants
- Create/ Assist with the production of the website, keep Social media pages and website updated and promote company through these platforms ad-hoc

- experience in working Joblogic, Iauditor or Xero operating softwares
- Expierance within property maintenance/property management
