ABA Teaching Assistant - Greenwich, South East London

Remedy Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated ABA Tutors to join our outstanding ASD specialist school based in Greenwich.

Our welcoming and supportive school is committed to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach their full potential through evidence-based teaching strategies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a well-established approach that focuses on improving specific behaviours such as communication, social skills, and daily living abilities through positive reinforcement and structured interventions.

We are looking for experienced ABA Tutors or individuals with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. If you're empathetic, proactive, and enthusiastic about making a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behaviour-based instruction to students with ASD in a classroom setting.

• Deliver personalised support in line with ABA strategies, under the guidance of senior staff.

• Assist with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, nappy changing, feeding).

• Supervise playtime and facilitate positive peer interactions.

• Support children during extracurricular activities throughout the school day.

As an ABA Tutor, you'll work across different classrooms, supporting a range of ages and abilities as part of a collaborative ABA team. You will report directly to the Deputy Head Teacher and be part of a school community that values continuous development and teamwork.
