1-2-1 Learning Support Assistant - Lambeth South East London

Remedy Education are looking for 1-2-1 LSA to work with a young boy in Reception who's is awaiting a EHC Plan identifying social and communication skills as his main barrier to learning.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a school setting supporting students with ASD and be able to manage challenging behaviour. The will be working withing a strong team of primary staff based in the classroom.

The young boy you will be supporting its happy, friendly and a joy to be around, he has some speech but this would be a key area of development for him moving forward. He loves music, songs, and sensory experiences, and has made some progress this academic year, which we would hope to accelerate this term with more support.

You will be working full time, Monday to Friday on a long term basis the role is initially for the rest of the term with a possibility of this being extending into a full time/ permanent position.

This position is starting ASAP.

You must have a DBS to be accepted for this role.
