Remedy are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to start ASAP, term time only.

Our amazing school are looking for a caring, passionate teaching assistant who can support students within the classroom in small groups and 1:1. You must be able to support students academically with literacy and numeracy.

About the role

This is a rewarding role that involves working alongside a teacher to enable children with special educational needs to access the curriculum.

You will need to support the students with their education, behaviour issues and SEN.

About you

Our new Teaching Assistant needs to be approachable with excellent communication skills, a flexible team player and confident to work with young children under the guidance of the teacher, sometimes unsupervised. Previous experience of working with children with special needs would be an advantage.

To be accepted for the role you must have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant and you must hold a current DBS or a DBS on the update service.
