I have a role available for a Teaching Assistant in Lewisham working with students across Key Stage 2. The role will mainly consist of assisting a year 5 class in a general capacity, helping across the classroom where needed and leading small groups through activities and study. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging staff member with some pre-existing knowledge/ experience with current year 5 curriculum, to join the team and assist the teacher in September.

The role is a highly rewarding one, it will involve teaching classes within an agreed system of supervision and within a pre-determined lesson framework, supporting students within lessons and helping Teachers feel as supported as possible.

The school is a mainstream Primary so some additional help across general cover may also be require don occasion.
