Year 4 Behaviour Mentor Specification

You will be a committed graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children. You must be passionate, resilient and empathetic to be able to support vulnerable and sometimes challenging young learners in this Year 4 Behaviour Mentor role.

The Year 4 Behaviour Mentor could include duties such as:

  • Supporting children with SEMH needs in maths, literacy and social support
  • Leading small intervention groups in the morning and afternoon
  • Implementing EHCPs by the Lewisham Learning & Clinical Commissioning Trust Group
  • Speech & Language Support groups
  • Assisting after school clubs
