This diverse and welcoming school are committed to ensuring parents and carers are actively engaged with their pupils learning. The headteacher is looking for a Year 1 teacher who will be able to build supportive relationships with families that will enhance the children's learning experience. The school grounds are huge with the children afforded great indoor and outdoor spaces for learning to take place.

As one of the Year 1 teachers, you will be responsible for creating an exciting play-based learning environment. You will also:

*Plan and Teach a balanced and diverse curriculum alongside colleagues
*Assess, track, and report on the pupil's attainment and personal development
*Establish a clear routine for pupils
*Encourage pupils engage with learning through targeted questioning
*Establish positive relationships with parents and carers
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for applicants who:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status and at least 1 year of teaching experience
*Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
*Is motivated, energetic and fun!
*Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
*Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Has the right to work in the UK
