Our client, Wokingham Borough Council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adults team.

Qualified Social Worker required with robust experience of undertaking statutory Safeguarding work, specifically Section 42 Enquiries under the Care Act. Must have good working knowledge of Sec 42-47 of the Care Act, and demonstrable experience of applying the Mental Capacity Act 2005 to complex situations. Needs to be confident working in a busy environment, good team player but able to work autonomously.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
