Our client, Wigan Council is looking for 5x Qualified social workers to join their locality teams.

Current work covered is CP work, CIN and public and private proceedings.

Due to covid it's mainly working from home when possible.

Staff are given a laptop, mobile phone and have supervision once every four weeks for the first two weeks whilst new workers are settling in.

Ideally experience with using liquid logic

They try to keep to a caseload of no more than 20 children at all times which is probably a maximum of ten families.

They need experienced, confident workers who can start ASAP. Training opportunities are available for all workers.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
