Our client, West Sussex County Council is looking for a Change Lead to join their Oracle Fusion Team.

You will be joining us at an exciting time as we deliver our new corporate plan (Our Council Plan 2021-2025) and our people strategy (Our People Framework). About the job You will be responsible for leading the change activity for the Oracle Fusion implementation, which includes the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the change elements of the project.

You will be responsible for ensuring that constituent change elements (change management, learning and development, communication, and business analysts) deliver to time, cost and quality. Reporting to the Senior Responsible Officer for the programme, you will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how excellent change management can deliver sustainable business and cultural change and support continuous improvement using a variety of change management techniques.

What you'll need to succeed You will need to have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise, connect, challenge, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. You'll need to have a supportive style with the ability to see things from the perspectives of others. Please note we will require the person to travel to Chichester once a month for meetings, please do not submit anyone who can't do this. The role will likely last until December 2022.

Candidates are required to have previous Oracle Fusion experience.
