Our client, Trafford Council is looking for IRO/CP Chair to join their team.


The post is responsible for the chairing of CP conferences and Cared for Children review ensuring that plans are robust and meeting the needs of children and young people. The post holder will also undertake mid-point reviews to ensure the plan is on track and there is no drift and delay and that the plan is making a difference to the lived experience of the child/young person. The post is a practice leader and will offer support and challenge to ensure good social work practice is improving outcomes

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
