Our client, East End Homes, is looking for 2 Technical Officers to join their service. You will report into the Neighbourhood Housing Manager and your role will be to provide a sensitive, customer Technical Service that is efficient.

The role includes:

• Specifying, raising and overseeing work required to repair and maintain the housing stock, including minor improvements.
• Working with the Neighbourhood Housing Manager relevant to the allocated Area(s), to monitor contractor performance, including attendance at local contractor meetings.
• Responsibility for pre, post and quality inspections.

Suitable applicants will need to have had extensive technical housing experience around repairs and maintenance and pre and post inspection work together with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing as well as proven IT skills.
