Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Technical Officer for a Local Authority in Central London.

Job Purpose

The role includes:

• Specifying, raising and overseeing work required to repair and maintain the housing stock, including minor improvements.
• Working with the Neighbourhood Housing Manager relevant to the allocated Area(s), to monitor contractor performance, including attendance at local contractor meetings.
• Responsibility for pre, post and quality inspections.
• Providing technical support and advice to staff.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
