Team Manager - Gloucestershire County Council - Tewkesbury - Safeguarding Team - Up to £49ph!

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager, to join our Tewkesbury Safeguarding Team, who will have safeguarding experience to lead, manage and be accountable for a team of social workers in the delivery of statutory duties and improvement of services to children, young people and families.

They will have knowledge of court work, CP, CIN and CIC and be experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated social workers.

Equipment will be provided to support home working. We are currently looking at the roadmap for staff coming into the office so there will be opportunities to work from home but also in the office.

Gloucestershire County Council are committed to ensuring our agency Social Workers are supported to carry out their roles, so our expenses package for accommodation and/or mileage up to £150 is in place subject to terms & conditions
