Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within an Early Help Service for a Local Authority based in South London.

Job Purpose

The Early Help Team Manager will take operational responsibility for the locality early help team which includes social and other qualified workers delivering Council's responsibilities in relation to early help for children and families in respect of:

• The assessment and planning for children and young people who are identified as in need of intensive early help support to enable positive outcomes.
• Manage risk, threshold and complexity enabling children young people and their families effectively supported through early help intervention.
• Direct work with children and families to achieve desired safety and well being outcomes utilising the freedoms and creativity available within the early help context.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
