Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager for a 0-25 Children With Disabilities Team (CWD) based within a fantastic Local Authority in South East England.

About you

• Recognised professional Social Work Qualification - eg DipSW, CQSW or equivalent
• Recognised management qualification, or the willingness and ability to obtain a Level 4/ 5 qualification.
• Recognised post qualification in social work
• HCPC Registration
• Enhanced DBS
• Full driving licence (valid for use in the UK)

Job Description

• To provide leadership to the 0-25 social work team in the provision of safe, high quality services to children and young people up to the age of 25 and their families that comply with legislation, guidance and local polices and procedures
• To manage and oversee the performance of the team and ensure compliance with practice standards and procedures
• To drive forward continuing improvement
