Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within an AMHP/Older Persons service for a Local Authority based in South East London.

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a Team Manager committed to actively supporting independence and least restrictive alternatives for adults with mental health needs who are being assessed under the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended 2007. You will manage a team of Approved Mental Health Professionals undertaking Mental Health Act assessments on a busy, diverse and varied AMHP duty service. As a manager you will have overall responsibility for the operation of the AMHP service which in turn is responsible for fulfilling the authority's prime statutory duties under the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended 2007.

The team work intensively with service users, families, and other loved ones to achieve the best outcomes in the most personalised way.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
