Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a Adults Occupational Therapy Team via a Local Authority based in East London.

Job Purpose

1. To manage an integrated team providing a multi-disciplinary service of occupational therapists, sensory staff and equipment and adaptations to facilitate and promote people to remain independent within their homes and the local community.

2. To oversee the development of occupational therapy and sensory support plans and assess and advise on the need for equipment and adaptations and assistive technology to promote the independence of children, young people and adults with disabilities.

3. To build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, service users and other service areas within the Council to ensure the delivery of Enabling Independence agenda and aims.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
