I am currently seeking an experienced and caring learning support assistant to join this Medical PRU situated in Croydon. This is an ongoing post with a view to go permanent starting in September.

This Secondary Medical PRU has a wonderfully supportive Head Teacher and SLT who will support and guide you within your career in education.

The successful candidate will work with students who have emotional and mental health difficulties. The main focus of this role will is to identify individual needs to remove barriers to learning and to raise levels of achievement.

Requirements

  • Proven behaviour management
  • SEN experience, desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience of working in a secondary setting
  • Commitment to ongoing post
