Our client, Swindon Borough Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Transitions team in Adult Social Care.

They support young people from the age of 14 to 25 years who are transitioning from children services to adult services. Care Act Assessments will need to be completed along with reviews, Mental Capacity Assessments, DOLS assessments and attending appropriate meetings. The social worker will also be part of the transitions duty rota.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
