This client is looking to appoint a dynamic supervising social worker for their Fostering Team. You will have responsibility for the supervision, preparation, training, support and review of foster carers offering placements to Looked After Children. You will also be required to participate in the Fostering Team's duty rota over a number of days each month. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to participate in various other team activities such as delivering support groups or training to carers.
