Our client, St. Helens Council is looking for a Team Manager to join their Child Protection Team.

Complex Safeguarding Team Manager responsible for the oversight of ensuring procedures and policies are followed regarding complex safeguarding practices. Responsible for monitoring and tracking of complex safeguarding matters and ensuring reports around performance are regularly provided to various boards/meetings. Working closely with the MASH managing one advanced practitioner and 2 social workers responding to initial complex safeguarding referrals. This role is key to developing partnership responses working closely with police and key stakeholders, in prevent, protection and disruption. Required to cover for sickness leave.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
