Job description

Our client, Southwark Council is looking for a Head of Service for Quality Assurance and Practice to join their team.

Head of Service for Quality Assurance and Practice Development in a local authority Children's Social Care Department.

Managing a range of service managers responsible for mainly CP Conference Chairs / IROs / LADO and the whole range of issues and challenges that comes along with this.

Also responsible for Service Manager for Practice Development (training and ASYE programs etc); Service Manager running our audit and learning program; and Service Manager overseeing all performance and data requirements.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
