Social Worker Needed - Staffordshire County Council - Care Planning And Court Team - ***£32.34PH***

Staffordshire County Council require two Social Workers for their Care Planning And Court Teams, paying £32.34PH.

The Care Proceedings Team is responsible for Care Proceedings from granting of the Interim Care Order to granting of final orders for all age children.

You will be responsible for assessments, Court statements and presenting evidence to the Court. You will have responsibility for planning for children in the care of the Local Authority which can be for return home, placement with friends or family, adoption or long term fostering, and undertaking the care planning and Court work required to ensure timely permanency planning is achieved for children

The ability to engage and communicate with children is essential and to support children in care to reach their full potential. You will need to work closely with colleagues in Safeguarding, Fostering, Adoption and Friends and Family Teams.
