Our client, Pembrokeshire County Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Childrens Assessment team.

Social Workers in the Child Care Management Team will carry out social work tasks related to assessments, care planning, and the development of support packages in order to promote the welfare of children.

We will need social workers available in Pembrokeshire to both work in the Haverfordwest based office and to make required visits.
