Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to work within a Family Support and Family Group Conference Team for a Local Authority in Essex.

Job Purpose

The post holder will supervise and oversee 4 Family Support Teams and the Family Group Conference Service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has substantial experience of managing child protection teams.
The post holder will have the following:
1. At least 5 years' experience of working as a team manager either in assessment or long term child protection teams.
2. Experience of supporting team managers through complex child protection cases.
3. Experience of chairing meetings with complex issues.
4. Some experience of strategic planning and managing change.
5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
6. Has the ability to empower and support staff to grow and develop.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
