Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to work within Wandsworth Councils Mental Health Reviews, Accommodation and Projects Team.

Job Purpose

We are mandated to complete annual reviews of service users with a package of care either in the community/supported accommodation/residential or nursing care placement. The team manages block contracted supported accommodation in both Boroughs; Richmond and Wandsworth. We work in a strength based approach/person centred to deliver care and support to the residents of Richmond and Wandsworth with Mental health difficulties.

The consists of a team manager/x 2 assistant team managers/x2 senior social workers/ x5 f/t social worker and one p/t and x7 social care assessors.

You will need to be:

SWE registered
